My request is simple, I need a image blurred. Here is a example of what I am talking about:
You would take a image like this:

and turn it into this:
http://i229.photobucket.com/albums/ee283/neoedGF/whoisthat1.png
I can't have people seeing the image I want blurred, so please PM if your interested.
