There are 4 staff members. You can see which of them are active by the 'Who was here' MOD I've installed.
Appearance (First Impressions): Well, to be honest I like the look of your site. The template is really nicely edited and also the banner is really well done. On top of that you have a favicon. For me the index page is complete and has no real issues, so you deserve full marks!

Layout: On the whole, I don't think your layout is bad. However I would suggest maybe having a category for the Batman movies and having a seperate category for other batman discussion. However this is a minor issue and on the whole everything regarding the layout is good.

Number Of Members: You have been open 6 days and have 26 members. I have to say, well done. This means over 4 members a day, also bearing in mind it is a batman forum makes this feat even more impressive. Superb work, you really have made an excellent start getting members!

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): You already have 2131 posts. This is a superb job and means over 300 posts a day. Again this is exceptional and you deserve credit. It also seems the posts are of a reasonable quality, and you use full sentences! However, almost all of your posts are by staff. This is the only slight negative, but other than that the amount of posts you have is fantastic!

Moderation: You have 2 founders and 2 moderators. Personally I think this is about right as in my opinion you need a couple of moderators at the start to get things going. Also all your staff are active and have a lot of posts so you are doing very well! I have no issues regarding staff, you have done a really good job at recruiting moderators!

Activity: You have a lot of activity. The majority of forums have posts from today in, and also as I have said in the review before, you have a lot of members and posts in a week. Overall activity is very high, and you are striving in this area. Maybe you could get more posts from ordinary members, but overall activity is really good and I have to say congratulations!

Spelling and Grammar: Here I have to say I do have a couple of issues. This for example ''Come here to find out useful information about Batman Movie Forum, as well as get in the know with new updates'' makes no sense, and also in a lot of new threads favourite has been spelt ''favoreite''. Spelling inside threads however seems reasonable, but this is an area of the site that perhaps needs improving.
