Your Quick Review
Pros:
I like the nice logo and the set up of the forum, the colors blend very well too. The shoutbox is really in there well, and it tells me I have to login or register to use it. I like it where it is, however managing spam inside the shoutbox may become a problem in your future.
I really like the layout of the board and you have some pretty decent activity. Which is a start.
Cons:
Board Promotion seems vague. It is like using Forum Promotion, using a synonym for Forum. I would change it to something more unique and un-thought of. Sure sooner or later you will get Google traffic somehow, but for the purposes of keeping those members, I would brainstorm a new name.
Services under maintenance should not be listed, if it is unavailable, don't let registered users or guests for that matter see the forum, it seems, weird. the ad really hits me, consider a new area for it, that isn't the best spot for ads.
However, none of your services are unique, it is all of what we have here on the forum, think something else up!
Final/General Thoughts:
Good looking forum, however if you wish for it to have a future, consider adding newer services, getting a domain and get a new name.
