Booking.com Issues After Flight Cancellation Disrupt Travel Plans

I feel so overwhelmed right now.

Our flight was cancelled due to fog, even though other flights have still been getting through this morning. We managed to rebook for midday, but it’s completely thrown our plans out.

Now Booking.com are saying they can’t honour the free taxi offer because of the changes, which is really frustrating given it’s all outside of our control.

It’s just one of those days where everything feels like it’s stacking up and going wrong at once.

That's super annoying! Is there anyone you can contact that's above whoever you talked to? Because that doesn't seem right, if it's completely out of your control which it is since it's due to the weather, they should be able to honor the free taxi offer.

It's as if it was my fault the flight got cancelled and I had to book another 🤷‍♀️
