If it looks too good to be true, it most likely is. From just browsing their 'webpage' I can tell this won't be a very reliable host. I mean good luck with it but I wouldn't put my hard earned cash into it. Especially since they don't seem to be a 'real' company. Yes, everyone has to start somewhere but they just started this month and already have a testimonial? :\ i dunno.....

I know were new, but it really is good hosting besides we do guarantee 14 days no question asked money back if you dont like it. Just because we not a big company doesn't mean the service is bad. 😛

I can't find any Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Legal information, etc. Do you have these somewhere on your site? If so, could you link them somewhere in the footer or something so that they are easy to find?

I personally would not choose a host where I cannot find any type of legal document. That leaves the door open for them to close my account for any reason at any time.

My website has been down since Sunday. Contacted support also on that day yet no reply to my ticket till now.

Edit: NOT resolved!
