I'll take care of this one ... and absolutely like what i've seen so far, as far as layput and looks go. I'm not fluent with the british ways of forum you have going, or what your forum is really about. just give me about 1-2 days to complete this.
Hey, i'm sorry for the delay, as i've told staff, my time is very limited for reviewing, and i don't want to give "quicky" reviews. i've had in-laws come down this week ... and just can't find time at the moment. i'm on my way out, and trying to sneak in a post before i go out.
i'm hoping to still get to this review by the end of the weekend. i'm sorry, and i'll probably have to step down from the review staff. i just don't have time between work, and family.

Appearance (First Impressions):
The first impression, of this website was good and bad. The design lacks a lot of main stuff, Such as interesting layout. Although you have a lot of members, Which visitors look into before joining the community. Also having a .com attracts more users to because it shows that you are very into making your website. I also like how at least one staff member are online at once. This makes guests want to join because they sometimes feel safe with a member on at all times. However visitors also want to see members on and posting. So you should attract more new items, For your members to do so that they will stay and you will gain new members. Maybe a arcade or something along those lines.
Overall mark for Appearance 14/20
Layout:
The layout lacks a lot. The first thing the layout lacks is interests, As for visiting your website for the first time. I wouldn't join because of some reasons. First reason being that it is not interesting at all. It's too plain and too much red and black, You should look into finding another style that would suit your forum genre. Their are plenty of other styles that could suit you much more.

Number Of Members:
You have a great number of members, However most of them are not active, As when doing this review I only noticed around 1-2 people online out of 143 that's not good at all! So I would suggest getting more fun things to do for your members besides just the usually posting.

The number of posts is very good. For the amount of members you have. I didn't see too much spam I saw some but then again never really reviewed a site or even saw a site like yours so. I think for the kind of website you are currently running it seems everything in this section is very nicely neat and organized and nicely posted very nice job on this! -8)-

Moderation:
The moderation on your website seems fairly good, And it seems you are taking good pride in your website and making sure its a fun and safe environment for everyone to enjoy! I also saw that when someone is wrong your right there to fix it. Any of your staff are. Very nice job keep up the good work with moderating your website.

Activity:
The activity is probably one of the down falls to your website, As when going to the site I only saw around 1-2 users online at once. This is not very good activity at all! I always understand we are probably on different timezones however, So is most of the people here at ForumPromotion and my website. And we still manage to gain active members. So I would suggest looking into stuff that would attract/want to make your members want to stay.
Some things that could make members want to stay is competitions,arcade,Asking members questions on their introductions and such. Anything really just keep them wanting to come back for more! It's all about finding everyone's interests.

Spelling and Grammar:
The spelling and grammar as far as I can see seems to be fairly good. It seems all sections are how they should be worded, And what not. I also noticed that when making a post (a staff member) Always seems to be writing the way they should meaning using correct spelling and wording everything to be read easily by everyone. Very nice job on this too! -8)-

Suggestions for future additions:
Some suggestions I have for your website for future additions would have to be. One being a new style and different kinds of colors and what not. Second being finding more stuff for your members to enjoy and keep bringing them back for more.

The best thing I liked about your website is how well and how much effort you are putting into this even when your website isn't always getting the active members you want. Keep up the good work and I'm sure your site will turn out alright!
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? You could get my to join by having more things that I enjoy, Such as an arcade. Maybe topics asking questions and having members answer them. Anything that will attract me and to stick. I suggest asking your members upon what they would like to see come to the website. As the website is yours however you also may want to check and make sure your offering what others want and not just you.
This would make your website seem like a better community environment and this would make guests want to join right away! Good luck on everything you plain to do on this website and I enjoyed reviewing it!
