Braces

Do you or did you have braces? What was your experience and how did they improve your teeth?

I had braces for 3 years. It was annoying as hell but the reward is great. Though they didn't use a thread for my upper teeth so they're growing crooked again (barely noticeable but still).

I've never had braces, my teeth are naturally straight.

I got braces while I was in college and them for only about a year and half. My teeth were pretty crooked beforehand, so they had a major change. Its been about 2-3 years since I got them off and so far my teeth haven't shifted much but I still do wear a retainer when sleeping every night or every other night as suggested.

Nope, I have never had braces and glad I didn't/don't have to.

I haven't had braces, and I pity those who have to wear them. I hear that they are a pain to have to wear.

I haven't had them, hadn't had to. But I feel sorry for the people who do, they cause a lot of dis-train I believe.
