Well, I don't want to make people uneasy - but I suppose it's a question that should be answered. Anyway, on Facebook - all the cultural conservatives are calling for the death of child molesters. However, though, so much science has shown that brain damage is a major cause of this stuff.

I think a lot of people would want to punish weirdos, those not liked in the community - even if a serious case of molestation - or rape (any) isn't proven.

To be honest, I think that's too far. I'd say that Molesters should be put in Jail for 15 - 45 Years and/or have a fine of more than £10,000.
You are right about the Brain Damage bit though. Downsides to Mental Health, Depression, Anxiety and a bunch of other Mental Health problems can contribute to this fact. These can result in people doing Crimes, either it be for Pleasure or some other reason.

I'm not experienced or have any knowledge of Brain Damage other than it can affect your Mental Capacity and affect you Physically. I think the one were talking about is where your Brain gets damaged and you start doing a lot of Criminal Stuff.
I would disagree that mental health contributes to brain damage, which will mean you will commit crimes? It just doesnt make much sense. Molesters are literally "wired up wrong" in what they think and feel. However I would say its more society that brings out crime.
Plenty of articles online pointing to clear evidence a brain damage link - even one animal experiment (I hate those things.).
While I have a major intolerance towards pedophiles and I feel very abhorrent towards them. I have little empathy or care whether they live or die in prison. Much to my disappointment is the fact that they suffer from a sexual orientation disorder. Seeing as they don't execute child molesters. I think they need to be medicated and see a therapist. I think they need a major lesson in morality.
