It's not really my call. And I'm not sure it would necessarily help.

I guess it might depend on whether or not they were sending money home. But giving the finger to back home when things are so bad there isn't so cool.

People are always going to go to places where they get more opportunities for personal growth, career development, and economic prosperity. It is the responsibility of governments to provide incentives for people to stay in their home countries. When the private sector is not strong, the public sector needs to step in.
