Brainstorm ideas

I'm in need of some good ideas for beginning a website.

I'm not going for just some random forums.

I need some good niches. One idea which looks potential to me is a football based social network. It seems promising. But I lack advertising and seo skills.

If I were to start something similar would anyone be willing to partner up and help me ?

Other suggestions and ideas are also welcome.
