I am sorry to say this but I think Brandin Cooks should be #1! His fast speed blinds me with awesomeness, he shows great versatility and I believe will excel next year in his career.

Over Watkins? Sammy Watkins, is hands down the #1. To be fair, I didn't see much of Cooks last year. But I've watched Sammy for a couple years now. Speed, hands, route running. He's got it all.

If you wanted to make a case Cooks could be #2 I wouldn't argue.

I never think that highly of LSU receivers and you could make the argument that Mike Evans only had a couple big games last year that inflated his stats.

I think another really good WR to look at is Jordan Matthews. I hope the Lions can pick him up in the 2nd if Jimmie Ward is off the board.

I don't think his speed would be enough to push him past guys like Sammy Watkins and Jadaveon Clowney. He's a mid to late first rounder in my opinion.

I am not saying he is better than Jadeveon Clowney but he is as good as Sammy Watkins and should deserve a bit more fame 😛.

I think he plays really good and will become a really nice starter for any team.

Oh, well I figured you were saying he was better when you said he should be the #1 draft pick lol.

I don't think he's quite on Sammy Watkins' level right now (but you never know for sure until you see him play in the pros). In pads, he's not really any faster than Watkins, and Watkins has him by a clean 3 inches in height, which means he was a significantly larger catch radius.

The NFL is slowly moving towards bigger cornerbacks now, which means outside receivers are going to have to be bigger as well.

Personally I think Cooks is going to be a solid #1 or #2 receiver, sort of like a DeSean Jackson type player. He could even become a lightning fast slot receiver, given his size.
