Appearance and Style - (Out of 20)
I really like the theme and logo, they really flow and the build on that lego feeling. It is a very nice design and I really like it. However, I did notice this at the bottom "Designed by: seo company | Thanks to seo services, seo company and seo company", so now I am unsure who designed the site?
In any matter it looks great and it is really nice. Those advertising squares do get in the way abit and stand out more than the content. Affiliate with a larger company and leave one spot open. That will get people interested.
I just love the design of the index, it is so nice and has everything you would want if you were an avid reader of the blog. It is also useful for anyone passing through.

Blog Layout and Categorization - (Out of 20)
You have a pretty good layout, but for some reason the nav bar just isn't with me. It just seems, weird. I don't know how you could fix it. I just feel the links could be placed better. Like contact at the end, about after home, links before contact and the categories smooshed inbetween. I know that probably didn't make sense, just try and reorganize it a bit. Don't be afraid to have fun with it.
Every thing is categorized well though, it looks nice and well organized. Though I am unsure what somethings are, it still runs along the line and looks great. Good job with categories.

Commenting Activity and Other Interactions - (Out of 20)
You have a great user base! Almost all your posts have comments and they are constructive, non spammy comments with users that are into your blog and understand what it is. You have a great amount of visitors and active readers, I can tell. Usually someone wouldn't take the time to comment unless it really caught them. So great job on having and maintaining a great user base like that!
The share buttons are amazing and work how you think they'd work and you even have a button to follow you on twitter, I really like that and it all goes along with your design.
Looks great and leaves plenty of room for users to air their feelings.

Quality and Frequency of Posts - (Out of 20)
Your posts are of great quality, contain high quality graphics and is very interesting to read. Some blogs string out long paragraphs of text that make you sleep. Like sitting through a long seminar. You have managed to keep it interesting by your style of writing and the way you incorporate graphics and such. I also really like how you put videos in your content too. Fits nicely and goes along with the rest of the content.
Looking at it, it looks as if you blog everyday. That is great and lets your users know you are still there. Posting everyday with that quality gets 5 stars.

Probably the shortest part but your best. I've read through about 10 articles on your site and can't find a single error. Just one thing, in the about "Bricks & Books, is a blog and fansite for Lego and Discworld fans and collectors, we share news, views and insights into both hobbies. " You should change it to "Bricks & Books, is a blog and fansite for Lego and Discworld fans and collectors
