I use Google Chrome based on recommendation and the fact I found a decent theme for it. I don't mind using Firefox though.

I use google chrome, and will probably keep using it for a long time.... The new ie10 seems nice but still i am pleased by the inspect element and dev tools avail in chrome...

Opera is my main choice, but I've also been using Firefox for a long time. I'm really annoyed about Mozilla's update policy, though. I miss the days of FF 3.x.

Maxthon 3 and Maxthon Cloud Browser is a pretty good web browser for Windows.
