When budgeting money what are your monthly priorities (or what would your priorities be)?

Example:
Top priority - rent or house payment
2nd - electricity, gas, water (utilities like that)
3rd - food
4th - car insurance / health insurance / any other insurances
5th - cell phone
6th - cable tv
7th - internet
8th - paying the kid down the street to mow your lawn 😛
9th - gym membership
10th - Haircuts
......and so on, some people have some have some weird monthly expenses I cant think of right now.

Anyways, if something happened to where you couldnt afford everything anymore.. How would you cope? What would you start cutting out of your life?

House payment
Gas in my car so I can make it to work to pay other bills
my food, and my dogs' food
electricity, gas, water (utilities like that)
internet & cable tv
car insurance
credit card bill
cell phone

lol several years back I had roommates who didn't pay their portion of their bill. The power was turned off, but I used a backup gas powered generator to get by for a couple weeks. If my cable/internet was ever turned off, I would just simply tether my Blackberry until I got the internet working again.

Pretty sure when I actually start having bills, Internet/Housing/Food/Transportation would be my priority. Transportation moreso than anything, since without that you won't have money to budget in the first place. ^.^

Honestly, I don't any actual bills since I still live on campus at my university and stay with my parents during breaks. So my budget priorities are:

- Food
- Entertainment
-- Offline Entertainment
-- -- Bars, eating out, etc.
-- Netflix
-- Hulu
-- Spotify
-- Adobe Creative Cloud
-- iCloud
- Clothing
- Travel

My budget priorities are as follow...

Rent
Gas and Insurance for vehicle
Groceries
Phone Bill
Extras (Netflix, hulu and money invested into my website)
