Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Nicholas Brendon has died aged 54.

Brendon was known for playing Buffy’s much-loved companion Xander Harris on the hit 90s show and for appearing on Criminal Minds.

I forgot to reply to this thread. Xander wasn't my favorite character in Buffy, but he was a key part of the scooby gang. Nicholas had problems but I did hear he was trying to get his life back together before he passed. RIP Nicholas, you did amazing playing Xander. Fun fact he has a twin brother named Kelly who played the role of his "Confident" side when Xander's personality was split into two in Season 5's episode titled "The Replacement."
