Because many people are stuck at jobs and all that good stuff, they come online at specific times. In order to get your message to the most amount of people, bump your posts at different times.

For example, bump your post every 28 hours. That way, it will happen at a different time every day and people from different places will see it, instead of the same people every day.

That's a very good idea, thanks for the share.

a very clever trick to avoid your topic being dumper down from view 🙂

Indeed.

Most of this forum is American right. Best time to bump would probably be 9-11pm for England.

Oh, hello. 🙂

Yeah, during the times of around 11PM GMT+10, it can get lonely, then every seems to wake up. During 5PM GMT+10 it is active.

One (a little unfair) trick is to defeat competition. Bump after your competition has bumped. You want people to see your site, not theirs, so just waiting for that perfect time to defeat competition can help significantly.

When I do try my luck with forums, I kind of like to keep my bumping times seperated, kind of space them out. This also keeps you from getting in trouble with the 24-hour "Bump" rule as well. It's worked for me, before.
