Bump Rule Updated

Following some feedback from our users we have cut the time you need to wait to bump your promotion topic.

You can now bump you topic every 48 hours instead of the old bump every 7 days rule. Please try to keep your bumps informative like showing updated stats or news instead of just posting "bump" or something similar.
