many reasons in favour and against each I guess, depending on one's own personal view , I have always thought cremation is too final, what with no graves containing skeletal remains for the family
/friends to visit..

But then once your gone , your gone, it's all about the surviving family & friends left behind.

Of course cremation is cheaper , some say cleaner etc, my mum was cremated just less than 3 months ago( her wish)I've always said when it's my turn I want buried , but not really that bothered now as I get a wee bit older as I'll not be here, but thinking of my kids in the years to come, I'd rather they had a grave to visit..a grave with my shell rather than just ashes ( which can and do get mixed up with others in small amounts in crematoriums).

But then some prefer the free spirit option of having their or their families ashes scattered.

What would you choose? What's your personal opinion/preference if you have one?

I want to be frozen 😛 Then my realities can visit and if a cure comes up for whatever killed me I may be able to return- They may find a cure to old age, cancer, heart disease etc,
 
I be real here not like Myers 😛 but I also agreed to him 🙂 It's an cool better life and I love to see what it's like in 200 years time 😛

Burial is an no go since I don't want to see my bones as an ghost 😛 and things that are so dead looking alike
 
Burial since cremation as seeing as going against the theology of the Resurrection.

Thanks for your opinions folks , these opinions interest me and I was actually expecting to see cremation lead the way as whenever I've asked folk in conversation they often opt for cremation , so good to get these opinions on forums..

I believe there is nowt to visit after cremation but then it does come down to personal and /or religious belief I guess ..keep them coming.

One I hear fairly often against burial is that folk don't want to end up as maggot food!..not that they will know though!

3/3 votes on the poll, But year each of us think different and feels how they want to feel.

For me, I don't like talking about death and feel wired if I have to go to the cremation or the location of dead people under you when walking.
 
I'd rather be cremated to be honest because getting buried puts me off with insects crawling all over you
