We both use the same provider for servers, and I was curious as to the reason you don't offer dedicated IP addresses as that is another profit margin you could have. Any particular reason?

What security reasons for not allowing SSH for accounts? Why not offer Jail Shell?

Just making sure to protect server against any remote code execution first before providing it to customers.

We are online after a few hours of downtime. Earlier we received an abuse complaint against a customer and the server was suspended. We were able to restore most of the data however we lost 5-6 days of data. Now we are providing hosting with Directadmin and we have plans with cPanel as well.

Yes, I have raised several tickets to unsuspend it. If not I was hoping I will atleast get the backups. I got no response, I thought then maybe its time to move to a new provider, who can deal with these thing more flexibly.

Fortunately, I haven't had to deal with this kind of issue with OVH. Best of luck for you.

So we have made a few changes to the website, products and services.
We have discontinued cPanel Web Hosting, and now all of our plans will have Directadmin panel.
Domain registrations and other services are same as before.
