Your forums is slowly taking off and as a wide range of categories and forums to post in.

Your promotional video is also good but not the best it could be.

I also like the way you have divided up your different forums - that's a really clever way with the top buttons (Community, Business, Monetization etc). But I did not see these buttons at first, so I initially thought your forum only had the Rules and Community sections. You might want to consider making these buttons stand out a bit more.

I like your theme. But it does feel a bit too dark for a business forum - especially if you consider the bright and "happy" design in your promotional video.

Also this: "Business Forums is the home of business men, entrepreneurs, and money making." No business women then?

One idea is to create a start page with a short introduction+that video and a feed of all the new content on the site. That way people could easier see what the site is all about and what it has to offer.

Your video and theme should match. The video looks much more business-like than your forum. You mentioned that you are working on a light skin. I suggest that you do make that a priority and add the light skin as the default that people land on. Maybe even use some of the same icons from your video in your skin.

I'm not suggesting that you copy their style in any way since that would be bad for you, but I am suggesting that you go for this minimalist light skin approach. 🙂

First Impressions:
Your logo blends with the forum which is really good I really like the sub-categories you have on your forum it looks very professional as not many forums use it now days mostly Hacked and leaked forums but not on forums such as your niche.

Design Quality:
I really love the design of your forum it looks very professional but I would say the more tab you can see awards and the credits have the same icons which you have used font awesome probably changing those icons so users know the differences.

Site Structure:
Site structure seems decent I would suggest having more categories such as Webmaster, Gaming and Music Place and having Marketplace in the business tab categories. Also probably add a Forum Fun zone where other users can play forum games or discuss other things such as entertainment lounge instead of having just lounge and introduction.

First of all, I really like your the niche of your forum but since there are many forums out there that offer the same services that your forum offers I would suggest adding something new that other forums don't offer such as Website review ( Having a staff review other members websites something like what this forum offers.)

Activity Level:
Right now comes the activity Level as Many forums struggles with activity I find your forum activity poor although I see only 3 users online and more bots online than users I would suggest using Postloop they offer posting services and TheForumWheel also having events on your forum such as ''Post 20 threads and 10 replies or more and win VIP or a Steam gift'', for example, can get members to participate in your forum. As many forums struggles with activity including mine maybe these are the things you can work on your forum.
