These little pesky area side graphic buttons that some owners are obsessed with or let like some 12 year old minded person at the ACP to "make a simple adjustment to look cool" ,, When all it does is wreck a forum with bling-bling garbage.
This is good and simple and works well on this forum :
Even on a high graphic boards stick to a basic theme with the buttons and don't do each area different. It won't work on all forums especially if they are larger. They are an eyesore.

What is a peeve you have about being an Owner/Admin?
I don't work on those myself, I leave the custom ones in place which in my place are MyBB's. Now that I think about I don't know if I know how to change those anyways if I wanted to.
I was never that good at them, but I have watched my friends make them and they do it in like 5 minutes. It's pretty awesome what they can manage. I like buttons, I love the fact they are so customizable, but I can see them being frustrating. 😛
