if your banner is good i advise to go with banner ads as it will attract people

text links (header) (or redirects) is good if you don't have a good banner

Probably a redirect link because i can give you a description to go with it and if the description is good then people will get attracted by it. Also, it will be bigger than a text link and it will be in the index so lots of people will see it. However, it is more expensive. A text link on the header will porbably have less clicks but will be cheaper. It depends how much budget you have.

A banner is also good but its only if you have a good and attractive banner and it will also be expensive because banners use up more space. Again, it depends on your budget.
