Buying a Forum/Blog vs Making a New One

I'm doing this way. I've developed site/blog (Not forum) for months from scratch and then sold it on Flippa.

@daica85 Bro, can you estimate the price of my forum if I sell it there?

I dont have enough experiences to estimate a forum 🙁

Well, the advantage lies in the fact it might already have a lot of all or some of the following:

• SEO Power
• 
  
• Material
• 
  
• Traffic
• 
  
• Members
• 
  
• Revenue

You may consider the niche of site you would buy to be the same as yours. Use tools to check traffic and rank on Google. Does it have any commnumity like facebook groups or Fanpages. Is the content good? Does it have comments of readers or not (you can check it is fake or real comment), etc. If these are ok, I think buying a new one is better ad save your time.
