Buying a Forum

I am looking to buy a forum.

Requirements:

It has to be a paid hosting. ( Of course I will pay the fee after you turn it over )
Layout ( this is different from a design. I would prefer phpbb because they have a nice layout)
Mod's and Bots ( the more Mods and Bots on your site, the more It will be worth to me )


I can't put a price tag on it as of yet, but after I see your forum we can discuss price and other things.

I would prefer Phpbb, but it doesn't matter. I can change the name and things around. So even if you had a forum about dogs, I would take it.
