Has anyone here ever bought ads for a forum? What kind of results did you get, and who did you buy the ads from?
I've bought ads directly from webmaster forums a couple times. Once, the BSA ads on FP, and once a footer ad on another webmaster forum. I got a pretty decent number of hits from both, although I must admit that it was a bit expensive. I've had success with Facebook ads, but only for a non-forum project.
What experience have y'all had with this? 🙂
