Some factors actors you should consider are:
  • Current backlinks
  • Pagerank
  • How many indexed pages

For revenue, how much would you charge per backlink or your site?

My question, for a PR3 site, with 1 page indexed, how much would you pay for a backlink on that site?

You can always find website prices on a website price checker website xD

But that doesn't tell an acceptable price for a backlink, let alone its inaccuracy.

I have a PR3 site and I'm charging 50Cents per link but no one wants it.. Dx

Should I lower the price or something?

Apparently you should be charging around $25 for a permanent link on a PR3 site lol

I'll pay a whole .25 cents for a backlink 🙂 PM me or reply on here so we can discuss some business 😀

May I ask where you heard that?

First thing I do when i log on FP, is goto the Marketplace and look for good backlink deals.

For a PR3, on one page, as long as it's the main page that most links bring it to, probably $5-$8 at most for a permanent link. Depending on who's the buyer.

Lol, PR doesnt mean everything, i prefer Alexa ranking, gives a much more detailed report on your site.

True and not true. I can have a PR8 site and have a bad Alexa ranking. I can have PR0 and be in the top 100 000. Alexa is determined if that visitor has the Alexa toolbar installed.

Plus, you are probably thinking of advertising, I am talking about backlinks, ie. building up quality links to your site.

Cloverfield, that's ok 🙂

Be careful with selling PR links from your site. Google doesn't like it and might penalise your SE listings and take away your PR if they know you are doing it. If you do sell them you could put the links in No-Follow tags, to keep Google happy, but I don't think your advertisers will like that.

I charge about $10 every month with my forum that is PR 3 and has an alexa rank of 190k.
