I am interested in buying anyones bitcoins. I will pay the USD to Bitcoin rate. Once the bitcoins have been sent i will send 10% of payment for security and then the last 90% when they clear just to be sure. If the amount is low such as $1 or 2 i will pay the full amount upfront.
