Buying CSS Theme For Custom Forum

I am wondering if any good CSS designers can create a custom theme for a custom forum software? It can be created in raw CSS as that's how the system is set out to be simple so it's easy to make changes.

I don't wanna destroy your hopes, but I doubt you will get anyone who will do a raw CSS theme for FP$. It's likely designers will want $$$ if it's going to be a full theme.
