ok guys i have just made a new forum with cpanel and i need a domain name because i don't want a sub domain any longer.
i have a 25$ visa prepayed credit card (if you have a domain hosting that takes prepaied cards)
10 USD on a paypal account (unverified so i can only send money to a private account)
