Fun piece of info here; if you wanted to buy every available domain for your site (reg fee) it would cost you a fee of around $60,000.

How many different TLDs would that get you?

Are there any of them that are particularly expensive?

Some are ccTLDs and some are generic TLDs,. I'm not sure how many domains it'd get me anymore as whenever I try to do it the site times out due to the large amount of data, but the prices range from $10 to a few hundred.

Does that include any extensions that might be premium?
All reg fee.

For all 37 domain extensions on namecheap it will cost you $833.63. That is with the discount for buying 5 or more domains. If they didn't offer a bulk deal it would cost $985.76.

I was using EuroDNS which offers pretty much every extension there is 🙂

I've just had a look at that, very interesting site, there are some quite good domain names still available through it.

Yeah it's pretty good, although some are very expensive!

Thanks for the name, bookmarked that site.

And that is actually quite alot.

But if you got a good concept and a project that has quality content you don't need to buy any other domain then your main one.

That's worrying lol. That's the problems massive sites such as Facebook and Google have though I suppose, they buy every available extension. Of course, $60,000 isn't a lot of money for them, but for the average person, it's a lot of cash.
