Buying growing websites

I'm looking to buy websites in any niche as long as they show potential and use google analytics to track traffic. If I like what you offer, I can pay same day via paypal or if the site is large, through escrow.

I'm not looking for:

Sites with under 2k uv /mo
Sites that use AWstats or webalizer as traffic proof
Sites with a huge drop in traffic
Blogs with shitty spun articles
Forums with less than 100,000 posts
