Anyone asking for advertising space that includes a link should now be aware of Google Overoptimisation penalties.

Go to your Webmaster Tools Page, there you can check on the number of links from each site, more than one is useless, if it's approaching the 100's you will incur Google wrath, and they will down rank your site
