Im going to be buying posts for one of my forums, i'm looking at someone who has more than 100 posts here and cannot have neg rep. (so i can check their posts and know they are trustworthy)

I will consider any offer but it must be reasonable, im looking at buying around 100 posts and have about $4, if there is more than 1 offer i will go for the cheapest.
