buying web hosting companies

Since many of you own and run shared and reseller web hosting companies I am posting here. Recently I started HostReach.com and we are looking to acquire shared and reseller web hosting companies.

We would like to know about the company alittle before saying yes we will buy.

Most web hosts that have over 10 clients will not sell for $xxx just remember that, as if they are all paying $10 a month they are allready making $100/m making it kinda uselss to sell that cheap.

You may want to look into raising your budget by a few thousand. But you never know you might get a few small hosts.
