I never actually advertised using Buysellads but I am a publisher and it does work for sure. I would recommend that you try the CPM ads first and if you get good results, then go for a monthly ad. This is because monthly ads are normally more expensive so go for CPM first would be a good idea!

Yes, 1 impression is 1 views. It's not unique visitors. They tell you how many people click on your ads and you get a click through rate which is (clicks/impression)x100.

Do you think that it is less to pay for impressions or clicks though? Seems like paying for clicks is worth more than just impressions. Maybe it balances out cost wise though?

BuySellAds don't do CPC, they only do CPM and fixed ads.
