What is your favorite caffeinated beverage of choice? Mine would be the Monster Nitro Super Dry. 🙂

Mine is definitely green tea with red reishi mushrooms. In terms of sodas - it's tropicana mixed with a Jamaican soda called ting which has a grapefruit flavor. It is delicious.

I pour two packs of 3-in-1 coffee sachets on a 1-liter tumbler that contains ice-cold water. Helps me to stay alert the entire day.

I drink one cup of coffee in the morning before work, and then one in the evening around 4pm on the way home. Not really a fan of soda.

That's a lot of coffee to consume in one day though lol

No, it's just fine. One time I'm so sleepy but I'm badly needed at work, so I drank almost five packs of coffee. My mind went into overdrive, and I got so anxious and hyperactive. I still get to sleep after my shift when I got home.

I never go over two cups because I tend to get really nervous, hyperactive and kind of paranoid lol. Sometimes, after two cups I swear I'm walking on the ceiling and I just can't sit down lmao.

That's exactly what I felt that day, haha! Plus, I have a feeling that my heart was beating faster, even though I'm not in love at the moment. LOL

@killamch89, my nervous system is already messed up from having a sub-type of Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I have the large amounts of caffeine and b vitamins to counteract the sluggish feeling that comes with it.

I see what you mean. There is a kind of coffee called Organo Gold - I think you should give it a try. Their coffee is made with an asian herb called red reishi which is a powerful healing herb backed by medical science. It basically neutralizes the nervous effect the caffeine would have on your nervous system and gives you a significant boost in energy without feeling hyperactive or crashing like with regular coffee. This is something I normally drink btw and that's why I am recommending it.
