Can anyone re-create that EXACTLY. Unfortunately the picture isn't too great but I think you can see where the lines and stuff are. It may be too hard TBH. I can't find that image anywhere online. If you happen to find it online I will rep and pay you the same.

I don't want the theme. I want the banner in the link I posted as a signature on a forum. It would look lame if I cut it out of the picture with photoshop so I need it made.
