I remember in the affiliate button there being an upload form in the admin panel where you would upload the affiliate, and give it a title and description.
Have you got the plugin and if so have you installed it? I don't have a MyBB copy on me at the moment and an sort of busy to install one but I remember there was a settings page like this for each affiliate you wish to add as I used it for fCommunities.

been looking for the settings page but i cant. i even go into the codes but i found nothing on it.
