First Impressions - (Out of 20)
The first thing I thought when I saw the forum was, "Niiiceee" I like the people on the side and the banner looks great too. You might want to get those ads off if you can tho. I love the small video clip there. It looks very nice and you even got me to watch it, even tho I know nothing about it! Haha. One thing that I don't think I have ever seen before is the little table you have where your video is. I love that, and would keep it. The only thing I would change on your forum are the buttons. They look a little to nicked in some spots. Try to make them completely round. It would appeal a whole lot better. Good job on the First Appearance of your forum, which will attract many more visitors.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout of the site is easy to pick through and find what I need, which makes it great. I could easily find all that I needed in the forum, plus more that I stumbled on accidently. So, I like the layout but there is one small thing that was bothering me the whole time. All of the names are lower-case. In my opinion, that does not make the forum look professional at all. I would make all of the names start with a capitol letter to make the forum look a tad bit better. To sum it up, the navigation was great, I found everything very fast, and the usernames neeed a little tweeking.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
You almost have 280 members, and they have made around 1.5k posts on your forum. I do not know when your fourm was opened, but this is some Okay statistics. The only problem I see is that on a lot of forums I review, their members have made many more posts and contributions to the forums. What I would suggest is run a few events on your forums to get your members in the mood to post. If you do this, it will help a whole lot with activity and such.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
This is the section I have been wanting to type forever now. The only thing I see wrong is that you have 9 staff members with 280 members. Forum Promotion has mabye 13 at the most with 3000 members. I would suggest laying off mabye 2 moderators, or not hiring some more. As for the moderation of the forum itself, the moderation is good and I saw almost no mis-moderation. Keep it up!
