I honestly don't know enough about web design. So maybe an idea would be to put info for people who are just starting out. & even for the people who do web design, refresher courses are always beneficial. Best of luck!
Personally not a fan of scrolling websites but I wouldn't base anything off that. Biggest feedback I could provide would be to possibly re-label your services sections to denote they are your services. I'm a believer in idiot proofing especially if you're trying to market a service. Ie, instead of just Web Design, use something like Web Design Services.
