Can somebody design this tattoo?

Well, I am wanting to get a tattoo, but I am absolutely terrible at drawing, and no matter how much I look, I cannot find ANYWHERE that has the design im wanting.
Im looking for a design where it starts looking like some barbed wire is coming out from under my skin on the inside of my biceps. Coils round my arm twice and then finishes going back into my skin on the far side of my biceps. I also want it looking like the barbed wire is digging into my skin.

Any designs are greatly appreciated 🙂

If it could just be a straight line down, with the look of engraved into skin around it, and the start and finish with the "going in"
