I am working on promoting my forum (it's linked in my signature) and am having difficulties getting it to grow. Is there someone on the site who is willing to be like a promotions manager or something and promote the site for me?

Patients is key to success. Promoting your site can be like a full-time job at first but it's worth it. Be engaged with potential members, create a personal relationship between you and the guest.
promoting can talk allot of time, it's an working progress that you keep on working at. SEO, always in improve it every month. SEO is very important. what other questions you like to know?
I have SEO all good. We've optimized pages for SEO. Now it's a matter of getting people to find the site. Where should I link to the site? I'm not seeing frequent registrations. I'd like to increase the amount of daily registrations. How do you recommend I do that?

Yes it can be a time consuming thing, i was posting on like 15 to 20 other boards at one point, Never really had a lot of time to do much on mine, but after i closed the community one and opened the one i have now, it is more easier, people come to us for things more now
Keep on advertisement with Facebook and twitter and whatnot. Keep the content rolling with giveaways. But I'm not getting much registrations, point is also is it doesn't matter how many members it's getting the ones who is active

You can always buy traffic for the forum via PPC or some other method. Nonetheless, if the forum isn't good, then the bounce rate will be high. They will just come, stay a few seconds and then leave.
Note, in another situation, perhaps they would like the design, but after finding out the written material is bad, they won't come back.

Make use of the referral system, make money from the site and use it to advertise it even more.
