Can time travel be a reality?

I have been seeing posts in Facebook about the possibility of time travel in the near future. One post said that a scientist was able to bring back a small amount of matter from the past and that he is now trying to get a small amount of matter from the future. Maybe matter can travel through time. But how about if man can do it? Maybe time travel for 1 gram of matter is possible now but I don’t think it is possible in bigger terms such as for man to travel in a time machine.

As said in the movie Back to the Future, not a good idea. It messes up other stuff affecting the future. For instance, if one goes back in time and accidentally runs over someone, then everything comes out different.

We can only hope it is never possible. We've all watched Terminator and saw how that turned out.
