Can you as founder be removed as admin on wiki ?

I installed a copy of the wiki, not the actually wikipedia but its software wikimedia.

now I have concerns as there aren't any groups on it but admin and user, bot, and guest.

no "moderator" group Is it save to add someone to the rank of admin ? Can that person destroy the wiki, can he remove me as admin ?

I just figured out that nobody can remove me as there is also a burecraut group. Witch is the group that promotes or demotes users to admin yes or no
