Those are always easy for me to read. I see them on Facebook all the time. 😛
 
Easy to read, read it like this many times before over my life time even that the wards are not in order we can all still read it.. Well 55% of us can.

Humans only read a few letters of each word when reading. They skim. Changing a few letters and resorting them can still make a sentence vaguely readable, especially for words where the first and last letters are intact. There’s nothing special about it; everyone with a sufficient grasp of the language can read it, with a little bit of difficulty.
