I think the logo is way to big and you have to scroll down to even start to see the forum... I think you need to either get a smaller one or re-size your current one.

Personally, I love the big banner. But perhaps it should be reserved for a portal?

So have your main URL take visitors to the portal with your big banner, and modules and then have a smaller banner for the forums themselves.
