Cannot change user's password in ACP

I'm trying to change a user's password in the ACP but when I save the changes I get this error message:

C:\zpanel\hostdata\flux\public_html\levelunlocked_net\forum/inc/languages/english/config_pluginuploader.lang.php does not exist

What does this mean? I'm not good with the tech side of things so please use simple words :lol:

Correcto, you will need to upload that file again.
