Cant access cpannel

So when i try to log into my cpannel I get error "The login is invalid" i have send a support ticket to my host but not getting a reply. Its been a few days now so please help.

My host is www.scripthostings.com there reliable, but i cant get help.

Seems like you have had a lot of trouble with your host, are you sure you can still call them reliable?

On topic, have you checked common mistakes like caps lock and num lock? Have you changed your cpanel password at any time?

No im entering all the right stuff, i have another account with them and its all ok, so i cant see what the problem is. 🙁

Nope, its all ok in my client area.

Contact your host for issues like this. There is absolutely nothing that the community here can do to help you. As Tindris said above, you are having a lot of trouble with your host. Maybe it is time to look for a new one.

If you have access to your client area you can change your Cpanel password there
