I cant acces cpannel even if i wanted to do that.
Btw it was the server status page not the staff that reported no problems.
My answer is if someone else can open your site. 😛 I think I misread what happened here.
This happens to me from time to time. Everything doesn't work, including cPanel, and yet it actually loads fine for everybody else.
You really have a few solutions, owning HolderHost I have seen what people do to solve this and I have helped them out.
1. Wait it out. Eventually your cache, browsing data and your ISP's cache will clear. May take a bit of time. You should not load the site for a few days.
2. Attempt to clear your cache, private browsing data and contact your ISP to clear their cache (I can do this online). Restart everything.

3. Switch hosts. One of my clients simply switched hosts when THEY couldn't load their website even though everything was loading fine. If you want, I could give you the same package for the same price with HolderHost.com. (It may say $8 unmetered but that plan is going it will be $3.99 per month and the site isn't operational).
I hope that helps!

all servers are up and there is no scheduled maintainance.
Please help me.
Sorry for bad grammer.
EDIT: now all of a sudden it says my cpannel login page is unavaliable, but my friend can access. HELP!.
I wonder if this has been resolved?
And I don't mean to badmouth ScriptHosting but if that's all they said to this fellow "all servers are up and there are no maintenance scheduled" and haven't really looked into helping with whatever the cause may be, that's a shame. I really hope that's not true.
To Dean- It's obvious that this is not the fault of ScriptHostings. I've had the same thing happen to me at HolderHost. I simply replied with a huge list of things the client could try to resolve it from their end. After all that effort, they simply switched hosts. ScriptHostings does a fantastic job and has great uptime:

Here is my recommended fix: (finally found a few of the posts I made).
There is a few things you can try to get it back up:
But this software does most of them.
http://download.cnet.com/Complete-Inter ... 32305.html
If you want to do it manually:
Flush your DNS:
in Command Prompt type: ipconfig/ flushdns
Clear your private data in your browser:
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
And you should turn on/ off your computer and router.
Otherwise it may be a firewall/ internet security problem OR with me it was my ISP's cache (which thankfully I can turn off).
If that doesn't work, then don't load the sites for around 24 hours + and it may work again.
Use this:
https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/ - COMPLETELY FLUSH your cache and clear everything as stated above after changing your DNS.
