This issue has been fixed. The site http://xnerogaming.com/ is back and i believe dennis can access his site now. He hasn't replied to the support ticket after i gave the solution but i am sure it worked.

This was not caused due to a downtime. Our host still has a 99.9% uptime.

It was a nameserver change.

I'd like to say that scripthostings were very quick and helpfull in resolving my problem.
